This side return extension features minimal glazing to create a strong visual connection with the garden while bringing natural light into the new kitchen/dining space.
A glass box window seat forms the focal point of the new dining area, featuring timber cladding to match the floors and a raised flowerbed directly outside to heighten the sense of connection with the garden. A raised storage unit runs along the edge of the garden aligning with the kitchen worktop, accentuating the inside-outside concept while making efficient use of the limited garden space available. Muted green tones in the interior palette mirror the natural hues viewed through the glazing.
