This semi-detached house in Streatham benefited from a sizeable distance from the boundary, allowing for a generously proportioned side infill extension with a dramatic up and over glazing feature.
Our clients wanted to connect the existing front rooms to the proposed rear extension, whilst bringing in plenty of natural light. The muted material palette, celebrating the London Stock brick, simplistic forms and modern glazing, combined to create a thoughtful mixture of traditional and modern.
